The hotel rooms were fantastic, clean, and air-conditioned, but unfortunately, the AC didn't work and opening a window wasn't an option. Despite that, the room was nice, though a bit cold at times, especially since the hotel is located by a dual carriageway, making it a bit noisy occasionally.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The rooms were warm, clean, and had a great shower, plus the fluffy white towels added that extra touch of luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for my weekend break visiting family in the area, and the big garden center next door was a bonus. The dining experience was good overall, with a regular buffet that kept things hot and a decent choice of meals, although there were a few items that could have been better. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated next to a main A Road, offering very generous rooms, though there was some road noise. The rooms were accommodating for my partner, our son, and me, even when we arrived late at 10 pm. The hotel location was ideal for our needs.
